By accessing or using Collectivate ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. About the Platform
Collectivate is a marketplace that connects salon suite owners with independent beauty professionals. We provide a listing and discovery service only. Collectivate is not a party to any lease, rental agreement, or transaction between users.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account as a salon owner or a beauty professional. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account and listing any spaces.
4. Listing Accuracy
Salon owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, availability, photos, and descriptions. Collectivate does not verify listing details and makes no guarantees about the accuracy or quality of any listed space.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: post false or misleading information; use the Platform for unlawful purposes; harass or abuse other users; attempt to circumvent any security features; or scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Platform without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Collectivate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between users, lease agreements, or reliance on listing information. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions, etc.). By posting, you grant Collectivate a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
