Find salon suites that match your needs using Collectivate's search and filter tools.

1. 1Go to the Browse page from the navigation menu.
2. 2Use the search bar to enter a city, state, or keyword.
3. 3Narrow results with filters: service type, price range, lease type (standard or sublease), and more.
4. 4Click any listing card to see the full details — photos, amenities, pricing, and owner info.

1. 1On the Browse page, scroll down to see the listings map.
2. 2Pins represent available suites. Click a pin to see a quick preview.
3. 3Click through to the listing for full details.

Each listing page shows everything you need to evaluate a space.

1. 1Photos — browse the gallery to see the space from every angle.
2. 2Amenities — check what's included (WiFi, parking, laundry, etc.).
3. 3Pricing — see the monthly or weekly rate, plus lease terms and move-in date.
4. 4Reviews — read what other professionals have to say.
5. 5Host info — see the owner's profile, response time, and contact details.

Keep track of spaces you're interested in with the favorites feature.

1. 1Click the heart icon on any listing card to save it.
2. 2View all your saved listings from the Saved page (linked in the nav).
3. 3Remove a listing by clicking the heart icon again.

Get notified by email when new listings match your criteria.

1. 1On the Browse page, look for the "Get notified" section.
2. 2Enter your email and your preferred criteria (city, state, service type, max price).
3. 3When a new listing is posted that matches, you'll receive an email notification.

Reach out to a salon owner directly from any listing page.

1. 1On a listing page, click "Inquire about this space" in the sidebar.
2. 2Fill in your name, email, phone, service type, desired move-in date, and a message.
3. 3Click Send — the owner gets an email notification immediately.
4. 4The owner can reach out to you directly to schedule a tour or continue the conversation.

Share your experience to help other beauty professionals.

1. 1Scroll to the Reviews section on any listing page.
2. 2Click "Write a review" and fill in your rating (1–5 stars) and review text.
3. 3Reviews are moderated and will appear on the listing once approved.

Sign up to sync favorites, auto-fill inquiry forms, and manage your profile.

1. 1Click "Sign up" in the navigation menu.
2. 2Select "I'm a beauty professional" as your role.
3. 3Enter your name, email, and password (8+ characters).
4. 4Check your email to confirm your account.

Update your profile, change your email or password, or delete your account.

1. 1Go to your Account page (linked in the nav when logged in).
2. 2Edit your display name, phone, or service type.
3. 3Change your email or password from the respective sections.
4. 4To delete your account, scroll to the bottom and follow the confirmation steps.
