The Beauty Stop | Luxe Suite

About this space

A private suite with its own sink and wash bowl, finished in white walls, black trim and track lighting, with a glass door on a keypad lock so you keep your own hours. Wifi, on site laundry and detergent are included, and the building's shared wash bowls are there when you need a second one. Rent is calculated weekly and withdrawn every two weeks. Subleasing is allowed if you are not in every day. Your clients get an in house coffee and soda bar with a full time barista while they wait. Suites are rented unfurnished. The third photo is a styling concept of the empty room in the second, to show how it could be set up.
